Megabytes can be expensive, especially when compared to what phone users pay in some countries. But here’s how to manage the little you’ve got:

1) Install and use apps as much as possible. For example, instead of going to directly on your phone, use a Facebook app. Same for Twitter. You can even use a cooking app instead of going to the kitchen directly. Good apps are designed to be prudent with data.

2) This tip I just got: Airtel let’s you share your Blackberry data subscription or even consume it on a non-BlackBerry device. Here’s what you can do: put your Airtel SIM card into any BlackBerry phone and subscribe to any BB bundle.   1. My dream retirement locale is Portugal! We have read that it is THE place to retire in Europe due to a reduce than average cost of living , a large coastline (so it’s less difficult to live close towards the ocean), and less citizenship/visa red tape.
